Returns

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwritten in, and returned in their original condition.

To request a return, email hello@thesundayhouse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@thesundayhouse.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. WooCommerce recommends automatic refunds when supported because they return funds through the same payment method used for the order.

Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it has been processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled before shipment.

Once your pre-order is delivered, it may be returned in accordance with the standard return policy above. Returned items must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
